These Terms govern your use of tinyLab Grants ("tinyLab", "we", "us") at grants.tinylab.ai. By using the service you agree to them.
tinyLab Grants uses AI to (a) suggest grant opportunities you may be eligible for, drawn from public sources (e.g. Grants.gov and the California State Grants Portal), and (b) generate a draft grant application based on the information you provide.
Our matches and drafts are AI-generated guidance and starting points, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that you are eligible for any grant, that any application will be accepted, or that any funding will be awarded. You are responsible for confirming eligibility and all details on the official grant listing, and for reviewing, completing and submitting your own application. Always verify against the official source before applying.
You agree to provide accurate information, to review and edit any draft before use, to complete bracketed placeholders, and to comply with the rules of any grant program you apply to. You are the applicant; we are a drafting and discovery tool.
Seeing your grant matches is free. Unlocking a complete application draft costs US$29 per application, charged at checkout via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, and no submitting content you have no right to submit.
You keep ownership of the information you enter and you may use the generated draft for your own grant applications. We retain all rights in the platform, software, and AI systems. Grant data originates from public sources and remains subject to those sources' terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that results will lead to funding.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tinyLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost grants, funding, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where tinyLab operates. Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
