tinyLab Grants ("tinyLab", "we", "us") operates the website at grants.tinylab.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: grants@tinylab.ai.
To match you to relevant grants and generate a draft application; to deliver your application and a private access link; to provide support; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to measure marketing.
To generate grant matches and draft applications, the organisation details you submit are processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini). We send only what is needed to produce your results. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information you don't want processed this way.
We share data only with the providers that run the service: Google Cloud (hosting, AI, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Formspree (support form). We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (United States region). By using the service you consent to this processing.
We keep your submissions, generated drafts and records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing grants@tinylab.ai. We respond within a reasonable time.
We use reputable cloud providers, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and store credentials in a secrets manager. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
The service is intended for organisations and adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
