Refund Policy

Effective 19 June 2026

We want you to feel the $29 was worth it. Because a grant application draft is a digital product generated and delivered to you instantly, purchases are generally final — but we stand behind the quality of what we deliver.

We'll refund you if:

• the draft failed to generate or was not delivered;
• the application draft is materially defective or clearly not as described; or
• you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge).

How to request a refund

Email grants@tinylab.ai within 7 days of your purchase with the email you used at checkout and a short note on what went wrong. We review every request fairly and aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us first

If something's wrong, email us before opening a card dispute — we'll almost always sort it out faster. This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
